Training Local Teams for Long-Term Impact
Project Masam is not just about removing mines - it also trains local engineers in mine clearance and provides them with advanced equipment. Additionally the initiative offers medical support to people who have been injured by these deadly devices.
Why This Project is Crucial for Yemen
Landmines and unexploded bombs have caused countless injuries and deaths in Yemen. They block roads, disrupt daily life and prevent essential aid from reaching those in need. By removing these dangers Project Masam is playing a vital role in restoring safety and stability to the war-torn country.
