Saudi Civil Aviation Authority Unveils New Digital Platform ‘Ajwaa’ and Modern Brand Identity.

Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has introduced a new digital platform, Ajwaa, along with a refreshed brand identity. The initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, ensure transparency and strengthen GACA’s role in aviation regulation.
A Step Towards Digital Transformation
GACA officially launched the Ajwaa platform at its Riyadh headquarters on Wednesday. The new system is designed to offer faster more accessible services for passengers, airlines and industry stakeholders.
The platform provides an integrated digital environment making civil aviation services more streamlined and user-friendly. GACA’s updated website now reflects these advancements, ensuring easier access to regulatory information, licensing and operational services.
Enhancing Aviation Services in Saudi Arabia
With a focus on modernisation the initiative will boost efficiency across the aviation industry improving customer experience and regulatory processes. Officials stated that Ajwaa will help aviation companies operate seamlessly while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

High-Level Launch Event
The unveiling event was attended by several top officials, including
- Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Transport and Chairman of GACA.
- Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, President of GACA.
- Key industry executives, aviation professionals and government representatives.
During the event, Al-Duailej introduced the slogan for Ajwaa: “Together for New Horizons.” The slogan reflects GACA’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the aviation sector.
The launch of Ajwaa marks a major step in Saudi Arabia’s vision for a fully digital aviation industry. By integrating modern technology GACA aims to strengthen its services and regulatory framework, positioning the Kingdom as a global aviation leader.
