1. Bananas: Rich in fiber, bananas contain a mineral called boron which is known to reduce cramps during periods.

3. Oranges: Oranges are packed with Vitamin C, calcium and magnesium all of which can help ease abdominal pain during your period.

4. Papaya: Papayas contain papain, an enzyme that, along with Vitamin A can help relieve cramps and reduce discomfort.

5. Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries): These berries are loaded with antioxidants which can help reduce pain and inflammation during menstruation.

6. Avocado: Rich in healthy fats, magnesium and potassium avocados can help reduce period cramps when included in your diet.

7. Watermelon: With a high water content and abundant magnesium, watermelon helps soothe cramps and keeps you hydrated during your period.
