2025 Year Predicted to Be the Hottest Year, Alarming Climate Warning

The World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) has already issued a grave warning ahead of the upcoming year of 2025, predicting record breaking heat that will surpass the past three years. With the rising of greenhouse gas levels and increasing global temperatures and the year 2025 could witness of unprecedented heatwaves, emphasising the urgent need for international cooperation to combat climate risks.
Rising Temperatures Break all the Records
WMO has projected that the 2025 will be hotter more than 2024 which was already deemed the warmest year on record. Observations reveal that the last decade (2015 to 2024) holds the title for the most hottest years in recorded history.
Experts warn that such a high temperatures will intensify heatwaves, leading to severe impacts on health, agriculture and ecosystems.
Greenhouse Gases on the Rise
The report highlights that a continuous rise in greenhouse gas emissions, exacerbating cause of global warming. Carbon dioxide, methane and other pollutants gas are at record levels, driving extreme weather patterns worldwide.
