T.A. High School in Memari-1 Block recently hosted its annual sports competition bringing together students, teachers and local leaders. Honourable Nityananda Banerjee a respected figure in Purba Bardhaman Zilla Parishad attended the event to motivate young students and emphasise the importance of both education and physical fitness.

A Day of Sports and Encouragement

The annual sports competition at T.A. High School saw enthusiastic participation from students showcasing their talent in various athletic events. Nityananda Banerjee known for his deep connection with the people of Memari, graced the event despite his busy schedule.

Speaking to the students he highlighted the significance of balancing academics with physical well-being. He stated, “Education is essential but a healthy body is equally important. Engaging in sports and exercise helps build discipline and a strong mind, which will shape the future of our nation.”

Nitai Banerjee assured the school authorities of continued support from the local administration. He praised the dedication of teachers who travel long distances to educate children and encouraged students to make the most of their learning opportunities.
