The Annual Cultural Program of Satish Chandra ITI College located in the Memari-1 Block of Purba Bardhaman got off to an exciting start today. The event organised by the TMC Student's Union was inaugurated by Nityananda Banerjee a respected member of the Purba Bardhaman Zilla Parishad and Swaraj Ghosh President of the TMC Students Union in Purba Bardhaman district.
