Zomato: A job recruitment notification posted by the CEO’s X handle, that online food delivery company Zomato has created a buzz on the net. Deepinder Goyal shared a recruitment information on his post, he wrote that his organization needs a Chief Staff. But there is a condition to get this job. Aspirants will first have to pay Rs 20 lakh to Zomato (Zomato CEO), and then work for one year without salary. This strange condition, noise has viral on the net media.
What is the matter?
On 20th November around 6pm, Zomator CEO and founder posted on his X Handle that his company ‘Zomato’ needed a chief staff, posting two cards for the same. All the information are related to this job was written on that card which is posted by the CEO. There is one condition that catches everyone's eyes where it is said that for this job, the candidate will get zero salary for the first year, even the candidate will have to pay 20 lakhs to the organization which will be donated to the NGO feeding organization and then from the second year that candidate will be paid an annual salary of more than 50 lakhs, CEO said.
He also post, ‘We want a person who has not much experience, but has a lot of general knowledge, the candidate will be down to earth, have great communication skills. And the most important thing is that the candidate should have a learning mindset.’

Deepinder Goel also wrote on his X handle that this job will be different from any other ordinary jobs. The candidate will work in future of companies like Zomato, Blinkit, Hyperpure, District and Feeding across India. This job is not for those who want to add weight to their CV by joining this job, but for those who want to improve themselves. For this you need to write a cover letter of 200 words and send it to d@zomato.com.

Many people trolled Zomato and his CEO Deepinder Goel on this X handle post. A netizen named Gabbar commented on the post that it was a very bad idea. Because after 3 months if the CEO feels that the candidate is not suitable, then he will lose his money. He will get nothing but bitter experience from this organization.
