Another horrifying case of harassment in a moving train.! This time the accused is none other than a Kolkata Police home guard. The GRP has detained him, and legal action is underway.

A disturbing incident took place on a moving train on Wednesday. The accused identified as Dipankar Sen is a home guard in the Kolkata Police. He was traveling on an up Shantipur local train when the incident occurred.

According to reports, a woman passenger accused him of inappropriate behaviour. Shocked and enraged she immediately protested. Other passengers supported her and took the accused to the Dum Dum GRP police station. A case has been registered under relevant sections of harassment.

This is not the first time such an incident has happened. A similar case was reported earlier on the Sealdah local train where a young woman faced harassment in the ladies compartment. She was dozing off due to exhaustion when an unknown man attempted to assault her. When she resisted he even resorted to physical violence.

The young woman however acted smartly. She went live on Facebook from the train which scared the accused into backing off. Thanks to the live video the police were able to track and arrest him.
