Mousumi's Report: Indian Railways has recently announced a 100 hour mega power block on the Sealdah to Dankuni route from January 23 to January 26. This block is scheduled for maintenance and upgradation work on the railway line. As a result multiple local and express trains have been cancelled while some express trains will have revised routes. Officials assure that the upgrades will improve train speeds and passenger convenience in the future.

The following local trains between UP Sealdah and Dankuni will remain cancelled during the mega block period

32212, 32214, 32216, 32218,

32220, 32222, 32224, 32226,

32228, 32230, 32232, 32234,

32236, 32238, 32240, 32241,

32244, 32246, 32248 and 32250. 

Local Trains Cancelled (Down Dankuni to Sealdah)

Trains cancelled on this route include

32211, 32213, 32215, 32217,

32219, 32221, 32223, 32225,

32227, 32229, 32231, 32233,

32235, 32237, 32239, 32241,

32243, 32245, 32247 and 32249. 

Additional Cancellations

Some trains on the UP Sealdah to Baruipur route, including 32411, 32413, and 32414, have also been cancelled.
